PDF to Word

Reconstruct PDF content as editable Word text while preserving detectable tables, images, and page structure where possible. Scanned pages use OCR fallback.

Free to use • No account required • Maximum 20 MB • Up to 100 pages

PDF only. Maximum file size: 20 MB.

Editable text

Text lines are grouped into paragraph-like blocks with heading, spacing, indentation, and alignment signals preserved where possible.

Tables and images

Detectable tables are rebuilt as Word tables. Detectable embedded images and diagrams remain image objects instead of being discarded or OCR-converted into text.

Scanned PDFs

OCR is included as a fallback for image-only pages. OCR text is editable, but recognition accuracy depends on scan quality, language, rotation, contrast, and typography.

PDF and Word use different document models, so perfect visual fidelity cannot be guaranteed. Complex columns, forms, merged tables, vector artwork, unavailable fonts, and exact floating-object positions may still change during editable reconstruction. If a page contains a large flattened visual layer overlapping its selectable text, Omnivaro rebuilds the selectable text as native editable Word content and keeps a cleaned visual background behind it. Positioning and fonts are reconstructed on a best-effort basis, so complex designed pages may still differ slightly from the original PDF.
