- Compatibility: Archer AX21 purchased in the US, hardware V5.60. Confirm the model, hardware revision and purchase region before using this package; an AX21 model name alone is insufficient. Changes: TP-Link reports a VPN kill switch addition and improvements to stability and security. Downgrade: the vendor says this release cannot return to the previous firmware. Installation: extract the ZIP, follow the official update instructions, use a wired connection where available and keep the router powered throughout the upgrade.
